I had a mixed experience at Koh Ngai Kaimuk Thong Resort. The location right on the beach was simply amazing, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. However, my room was basic and pretty dated, with cleanliness being a major issue. I wished the overall facilities were in better shape. I might come back if they improve the rooms.

The location on the island is absolutely fine, with the best beach area right at my doorstep. However, the accommodations were basic and lacked air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The staff were friendly and helpful, making up for some of the shortcomings.
